Digital Fight!

Had a quadripartite conversation with regards to personal feelings and upright honesty! The conversation is a freaking 24-pages long!

Should a person be a hypocrite and hide his true meanings when befriending people?
Some people say yes! Why not? Because the truth hurtsss! I'm being tactful to not provoke him and always put on a smile, even though I do not like him! I will abide by the following rules!

Golden rules: -
#1 I cannot comment on a person's OUTER APPEARANCE
#2 I cannot comment on a person's INTELLIGENCE/EMOTIONAL LEVEL
#3 I cannot comment on a person's BEHAVIOR
#4 I cannot comment on a person's CHARACTER

Or should a person be totally honest in the first meeting and says I want to be more than friends with you?
Oh yeah...! I speak the truth and nothing but the truth and TRUTH ONLY! Honesty is the best policy, that's what my teacher taught me in school! My teacher told me to follow these rules:

Another set of Golden rules: -
#1 I cannot CHEAT/LIE
#2 I cannot SCOLD using VULGARITIES/UNKNOWN HUMAN LANGUAGES
#3 I cannot BULLY/BOSS AROUND PEOPLE
#4 I cannot RUN AWAY WHEN I FACE PROBLEMS

So which set of golden rules do you follow?
